Yoga is an ancient series of exercises originating from India. These exercises or ‘asanas’ as they are known improve physical health and well-being by improving posture and flexibility, increasing strength and general fitness. Anyone can attend a yoga class no matter what your age or fitness level.

Classes are taught in a large hall (pictured right) at the Ampthill Methodist Church in the centre of the town. This is an ideal venue as it is spacious and clean with the added benefit of access to an equipment store with everything on hand that is needed to practise yoga to the best of student’s abilities.
