Yoga movements are well suited to the growing needs of teenagers. The imaginative
and unique exercises are dynamic and challenging. Teenagers gain a sense of achievement,
which builds up self-confidence, discipline and commitment. By regularly practising
the movements, teenagers develop physical strength, build up stamina and the movements
help to banish stiffness and lethargy!
Yoga offers Teenagers a practical tool to tackle
the challenges they face as teenagers in a positive and confident way. Teenagers
