Pregnancy Yoga
(FROM 14 WEEKS TO BIRTH)
AT AMPTHILL METHODIST CHURCH HALL
Practising yoga during pregnancy improves posture, strengthens and tones pelvic floor muscles, relieves backache and gently tones abdominal muscles, strengthens and tones back, legs, ankles and feet, removes stiffness in hips and opens chest to facilitate proper breathing and circulation.
The classes are held on Saturdays, 10.00 am - 11.00 am.
They are followed by a drink and biscuits and the opportunity to chat to other mums to be.
